FOOD

We will provide food for the whole weekend (Friday dinner, 3 meals on Saturday, breakfast and lunch on Sunday) and drinks will be on tap throughout.

WHAT WILL BE HAPPENING?

Lots of food. Some arty stuff, some fun games on the field, some table tennis, a Wild West dinner, baptisms, bonfire & marsh-mallows, film-night, kids activities, prayer time and some time to relax.

LETTERS TO THE CHURCH

On the Sunday morning we will gather as church. As part of this, a few / some / all of us will read out letters to the church – to encourage each other and build one another up. This is a roll-over from Christmas when we were snow-closed…so hopefully the weather will be more compliant this time! If you have been a part of the gang for more than 2 weeks and would like to write a letter, please do! Aim for no more than one side of A4…extra points awarded for honesty, tear-jerking stories and side-splitting funnies!

WHAT TO BRING

The centre is fully equipped with beds, en-suite rooms with bed linen provided and nice comfy chairs. It also has high-chairs for babies and showers for those camping.
Bring clothes you feel comfortable in, this isn’t the ritz! Maybe bring an outfit which can get mud/water/paint on it and a jumper for the evenings round the fire.
We will be active, so don’t wear high heels!

THE WONGA

As always – don’t let the money stop you…we care much more about you than your money! If you are able to contribute then transfer money into the St Marks Account, details below, with ROADTRIP as the reference. (Guide price is £75 for adults and £10 for kids)
